Shipping Policy

We ship inside New Zealand only and our orders are shipped either in tracked NZ Post prepaid bags or brown paper wrapped parcels, once payment in full (including delivery fee) is received.  We are located in a rural area and we utilise a rural mail service, so parcels are picked up around 7am Monday to Friday only.  Any orders that cannot make the Friday morning pick up will go out for collection Monday mornings.

Our system will generally choose the correct sized parcel based on dimensions of the products included in your order.

Flat Rate Standard Parcel - (excludes 12x12 or Bulky items) - $8 

12x12 or Bulky Parcels  - $12

For rural addresses, please note a $5.70 rural delivery surcharge will apply.  Please ensure you include the RD number if you have a rural address, so that the correct postage can be applied. We will not be responsible for additional charges, or returned parcels due to short postage if you have not supplied a full rural address.

Free urban delivery within New Zealand for orders with a combined order value of $120 or more (excluding shipping, sale & clearance items).  For rural delivery, the base fee will be waived and just the rural surcharge will apply.

Please note:  We DO NOT ship outside of New Zealand.
